FHP policy 13.04.06 Procedures A. (3) Requests for access to public records should be handled promptly. In most cases, a delay of more than one business day is not acceptable. Here are a few calls which were recorded after I was already told there was only one FHP at the scene. They refused to release the public information requests for 4 months.

I called FHP once before when they told me it was just Trooper Evans on the scene. They would never actually send me the public information request, so I recorded them. FHP states that they dont even have me as the driver. This again proves I never saw Trooper and that the 911 calls are fake.

Here is Captain Urana Harris playing music while telling me to get in line with the rest of them when asking for a public information request.

FHP again refusing to give me a public information requests after several months. It should have been in 1 day.

Me leaving a message, its not even worth listening to.
