M. March 20, blood test results with no data
At court, on March 19, 2008, the State Attorney showed me a reading of Blood Alcohol Reading of .244, .245. I told my public defender it was scientifically impossible for my BAC to be that high (proof down below). The next day the State Attorney switched the readings to .224, .225.
SCIENTIFIC PROOF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND HOSPITAL VIOLATING HIPAA LAWS
Above: FDLE uses whole blood testing. Below: Hospital uses blood serum testing. Facts: If done properly, wholeblood tests results can never be higher than serum test results, which are approximately 20% higher in a person with no injuries. The actual results from FDLE data come to .321, .323, .318., .316.(O). This scientific fact proves that Regional Medical Center and the state are violating Federal HIPAA laws. The only way for FDLE to know to lower the blood results to below .244 is to have knowledge of my protected medical records. MOST IMPORTANT FACT IS HOSPITALS AND PROSECUTORS INTENTIONALLY USE MEDICAL ALCOHOL FROM RADIOCONTRAST DYE AS DRINKING ALCOHOL BECAUSE ETHYL ALCOHOL IS THE ANTIDOTE TO THE TOXIC EFFECT OF THE RADIOCONTRAST DYE.
