F. Proof of a Broken Jaw.
This is the only document that I was given on the day of 12/28/07 at 6:00pm from another hospital which I was transferred to because of my broken jaw and could not talk to anyone as alleged in the alcohol reports (C), (D). I also had a broken arm which they did not even cast, but charged me 30,000 dollars (f). I could barely open my mouth and had to have the doctor call my relatives to come and get me because the pain in my jaw. Months later, I went to get my records stating this, but the hospital below would not even let me see my records. The first hospital, Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center already altered the times and procedures which were alleged to have been done. The date on this document is at the bottom (Fri Dec 28, 2007 17:56).
Correspondence to Regional Medical Center
This letter was written so I could have some tangible proof of medical center stating they are allowed to release my medical records without my permission. The State Attorney was illegally going in my medical records so I wrote this letter to the hospital -- will provide scientific evidence in blood results section (M).
Hospital's Response
Below is the hospital's legally insufficient response.
I used to have run-ins with the law when I was younger and I pled out and forgave the police for their lies. I then received an associates degree in management and a bachelors in geology. The point is, I am highly educated and understand biology, physics, chemistry, calculus, and geology, but these people think I am ignorant. So my response to the hospital was with the letter below. The state attorney has not tried to subpoena my records since.
