N. Conversations with FDLE refusing to release public information requests for 6 months. CLICK FOR FDLE'S GUIDE TO PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST
FDLE did not release the requests because they did not perform the blood tests, they went in my medical records -- which is a violation of Federal HIPAA laws-- and used medical alcohol to pretend it was drinking alcohol. It took six months for FDLE to release their records because they did not perform blood work until the end of May or early June and backdated the documents. These conversations are just me asking over and over for the public information which FDLE has to give out by law, but stalled for months.
